New Return Policy

So I finished later than I would’ve liked. I parked near my place, got an order that came in right then from a worthless demon visiting los angeles. Since I’m going out tomorrow I decided I will do it.

I go to the hotel to deliver it, and the customers don’t answer, and the order requires a pin. So I call support and they eventually cancel it. The app goes thru the return prompt, but then says to leave the order. I do, then check my pay and it shows as a cancelled order without the tip.

So, they basically ask you to leave the order and take a photo and take your tip away, all because a customer isn’t there to give you a pin. Would’ve much rather returned it and got a bump. There’s a special place in rancid hell for those ic programmers. 👎 I already know the joy I will feel when I move on from this gig for greener pastures.
