How do you live in a world that feels asleep when you’re wide awake?

Lately I’ve felt really aware of myself, other people, and how life actually works — while it feels like most people are just rushing, distracting themselves, or sleepwalking through it all.

It doesn’t feel wrong, just… isolating at times.

For anyone who’s felt this way — how do you stay grounded and connected without dimming yourself?
