two factor aunthentication

so i got my phone locked by entering the incorrect password even though i could swear it was right. first it was a 1 min timer then 5 min then 15 and it went to 8 hours and then no timer. it said iphone unavailable, I decided to take it to a mobile shop where he said they would erase all the data on my iphone, i was desperate to get my phone back so i said yes. I did not had icloud on. When i got my phone back it was all brand new, i logged into my apple account and everything. I was able to get few of my accounts back which had 2 factor aunthenticator on by uploading a video selfie on instagram but not my fanpage. I worked 9 years for that fanpage and now I am locked out of it because of 2 factor. I have my facebook linked to it which is also now logged in. I dont have any backup codes, what to do? can someone help me out, it's urgent
