cayo perico cant launch

whenever i try to gather intel for cayo perico, everytime my plane gets to the point where it has to tp to the island, my screen goes black and i have an infinite loading screen. and whenever i try to gather intel again, i have to pay the 100k again and its the same loading screen problem. i have run out of money by now, i had 600k dollars and now i have 0 cuz i tried to gather intel for so many times but i always end up waiting for 15 minutes and then closing the game. is there a fix to it?
