482 nomination transfer

Hello All,

I had left my previous job in sep 2025 and I am on 482 medium stream visa. With one more year left on validity. I am applying since and I can understand its very difficult to get a sponsorship in current market situation (IT field, programmer). I am very nervous given that its already December now. In case , magically I get a job by end January, if my company apply for nomination transfer, I might still not be able to continue as my 180 days grace period gets over in March as just 1.5 month will be left so I do not know if transfer gets approved within such short time. Has anyone came across this situation, please? I don't know if its worth staying beyond jan as I am burning savings , if the timeline will not be achievable even if I magically get a job by end of Jan.
