Remnants, best way to generate and consume for spells?

I have a build idea that uses choir of the storm with guaranteed crit from druid and cast on crit. On top of that i want to use mana flare. but it will be mana heavy, like absolutely insane amounts of mana spending heavy.

To get this mana back i want to use recover 3% of mana when you collect a remnant.

Infusions are remnants, so i will be using those, but i need to spend them as well otherwise i cannot collect them.

The set up will probably be: cast on crit with fire storm (it uses all 3 infusions)

Fireball converted to chaos to trigger mana flare

Mana remnants

Siphon elements

Does anyone have any ideas how to build this further?
