Changing injection sites

So I took my first 2 doses on my stomach and decided to try the inner thigh since I saw people saying it’s more effective and boy were they right. I’m experiencing side effects such as diarrhea, nausea and I can’t get out of bed. Injecting on the stomach was better because I barely experienced any side effects
