Looking for a great alioli recipe

Hey guys,

so recently I visited a great Spanish restaurant here in Berlin and was absolutely amazed by their alioli. Now I am looking for a similar recipe. I'm pretty sure the sauce I ate did not contain any eggs, but I'm not sure either.

So I'd appreciate it if you could maybe share your favorite alioli recipes?
