Help residency

Hello all my future colleagues, I'm 20 and I'm in my second year of medical school in Romania at the UVVG, in Arad, Romania. I was thinking about my not-too-distant future and wanted to ask for some information. I was planning on doing a residency in Lugano, Switzerland, more specifically in cardiology. Can anyone tell me how the degree validation process works? How much do you earn and how do you live? Thank you all in advance for your replies.
