Issue regarding final project score.

I made my final project, my read me file, when I submitted it gives me score of 1/2 saying readme file exists but final project details - description is not long enough. I asked ai help, it said that maybe your description in read me file is short, I made it long, still the same problem. I worked hard and the final step is getting in my way of my certificate. Please someone help.
