Is Tenna's theme (TV Time motif) stolen/inspired from the Mantle game?

as we all know, SWORD (the background music for the first two sword route games) has a motif really similar to the TV Time motif (just like desert board and island board).

the TV Time motif appearing in the normal route boards is explained by the fact that Tenna probably made the music himself and added a variation of his own theme in.

but what explains the similarity to the music on the Mantle game? is it possible that Tenna might've based the TV Time motif it, and decided to make that his own theme?
