4m regression but also cluster feeding?

Does the 4m regression come with cluster feeding? My LO is 15.5wks old so I was expecting some sleep pattern changes but he’s also becoming extra clingy, cluster fed last evening and is demanding boob for naps too!

Trying to figure out how to keep meeting his demands and if all of these are common at the same time?

He’s 90-10 breastfed, ie gets about 3oz formula top up everyday and the rest is breast
