Why are the police allowed to lie about me in my disclosures, and about how it went down once cops were involved.

Ive gotten 4 disclosures this past 6 months, about seperate incidents but one incident caused the rest to idk? Be brought to light and added into this shit pile. But straight up, my 2cnd disclosure has a 52 points on it , and 35ish of them aint me at all. At all at all. I know that sounds like bull shit ""there not me"" kind of stuff but its really not. I wasnt in the place, never been charged with some of the points. Even some silly shits on there like I own a 2020 2 door mustang listed in my profile. I dont own a stang nor have ever been in a 2020 stang, not a 2 door one ever. Then theres a bunch of random charges, suspect chargeable, etc etc listed that aint me. My last disclosure has my driver abstract in it and yes I lost my licenses to MVA a while back but it got a bunch of MVA stuff on there from thos year during months when I didnt even own a vehicle. At all.

How come and why!! Are they making stuff up and adding it to my shit like its legit?!?! What should or what do I do about that. I was gonna get my freedom of info act, but I dont want to ruffle the feathers of the cops at all until my shits done in court. !!

On the disclosure with the points about me on it, there investigation or like write up about what went down, they say they cant find any footage of me from that day or the 3 days prior in any of the stores within a few county stretch, that they claim Ive stolen from . So they check 3 days worth of footage for 100 klm span, and state right there that they dont have footage of me even in the store the day of the arrest and such! Then at the end of it all they say, they see me and my buddy walking out of the store carrying a few items in our arms. Which it total BULL!!! None the less, they state they have no footage cant even see me in walmart that day, then say They see me walking out??? It cant be both, no footage yet sees me walking out ??? But FACTUALLY I did not walk out with anything in my arms nor with my buddy or anybody at all.

My lawyer wants me to agree to plea deal, since 1st time I met her which was when getting released after spending the weekend in holding at court. What the hell. Im not gonna lie, Im not a 100% law abiding citizen (Clearly) but the stuff on there isnt me, at all. Nor does there claims make sense.
