I built a complete editing workflow system in Notion to manage client projects, revisions, deadlines, and payments

I work with freelance video editors often and noticed the same problem repeat everywhere.
Projects scattered.
Revisions in chats.
Deadlines stored in random places.
Payments tracked in spreadsheets.
No central workflow.

So I built a complete workspace inside Notion that ties everything together.
One dashboard.
One project pipeline.
One place to see tasks, deadlines, assets, and client info.

I’m testing it now and improving the system.
