We have partners, maybe kids, busy lives, striving to keep everything harmonious, and yeah sometimes we get tired, sometimes we get sick but we carry on, because it’s what we do. But you have some thoughts holding you back, like it’s been so long i am scared i won’t satisfy anyone now, only he has seen me naked, the what if’s. There are difficult choices to make, weighing up the pros and cons, but there are also lots of good things that can come from it, just chatting, getting it off your chest. Flirting, sometimes just the attention, someone listening changes the whole dynamic of how we are thinking or feeling at the time, and before you know it someone is interested in you. Of course chatting doesn’t have to lead to anything more, flirting, expressing yourself and your desires can often lead to some relief. Naturally it could all lead to you wanting more, but is that really wrong? You work hard, put loads of effort in, keep things running, but you are not a machine, you still need to feel that touch, desired, wanted and satisfied. The urges are natural, we are only human, the thoughts of self doubt brought on by the lack of intimacy are natural, the craving to something about it are natural. It’s how we are built, we need it to function, restore the balance in our body and mind. Thats all pretty deep, but even after reading it something is still missing, and you still have desires.
