first breakup, need help

i’m a (gay) 16M who has just been separated from an ongoing situationship with another 16M.

it ended bittersweet, he had suggested the break up because of how he knows that i get so upset over his toxic and manipulative behaviour.

i still go to school with him and sit in classes with him, we were both really close and i’m lowkey upset!

please give me some advice for getting through this, how to manage my anxiety and emotions, anything that will help me get through this :-)
