Looking for new sim rig for Alpha evo 12nm

Looking for a decent, good price sim rig for 12nm. I just received my new simagic and sadly I can't try, mount the base. I currently have Play-seat challenge which doesn't support simagic.

I could try drilling holes but I have to attach the pedals with zip ties. I'm a lighweight person, so I'm sure 12nm will make everything move, unstable.

So I currently found 2 sim rigs which I think are ok for 12nm or maybe I'm wrong.

6S-80 V2 Sim Racing Chassis 609$ CAD and GTElite Lite 700$ CAD.

I've heard about 6 Sigma reputation, so if I buy it from a distributor, it should be fine? And does both support simagic without accessories like side mounting, I'm fine with the standard wheel plate?

I welcome your comments and suggestions if you have other options in the same price range.
