Nose piercing issues

Hey guys, my nose piercing is 2 weeks old , I’ve cleaned it following my piercer’s instructions but very recently the area around my nose piercing started feeling hard. When I flare my nostril my pierced side is much more stiff and I can see the slight visible difference in the size of my nostrils. I’m not sure what to do? My jewellery is sterling silver flat back stud. For cleaning, I clean it every morning and night with this after piercing lotion I was given by my piercer.
