Form responses not always shown in the spreadsheet

hi,

so i have a 3d filament tracker with barcode, when i scan barcode website opens up to google form where i enter weight for that specific filament and that data is registered on a different sheet on google sheets. it doesn’t always work, i added two responses today, they are both registered but only one is showing on the form. second one didn’t update.

furthermore, same document inside google drive app for ios, dis not update at all and last sync appears to be on 29th of nov?
