Should I buy the 2S38 or T-80UD when sale comes?

I have played a fairly good amount of 9.7-12.7, got the T-80BVM researched and want to grind helis + Pantsir.

I’m curious as to how fun either of those vehicles are and their viability when brought into top tier.

I’m pretty familiar with the T-80UD playstyles, but not sure about the 2S38.
