Painful sex.

Hi, I’ve been sexually active for about 2 years with the same partner and have had pain during intercourse since the beginning.

Issues:

Pain upon entering: My vagina feels extremely tight. Entry is very painful every time, even when I’m aroused. We have to go very slowly, and it feels like losing my virginity every time. Nothing has helped.

Pain during and after intercourse: After a few minutes, I get intense stinging and burning. It worsens the longer we go, and we often have to stop. The pain can last for hours afterward.

Positions: Dog and original with legs raised are extremely painful (can’t say the actual thing cause I get removed) , like hitting a wall or intense pressure. Certain positions have improved over time, but these still don’t work.

What we’ve tried:

Condoms (didn’t help)

No condoms

Lube

Foreplay

Slow and fast intercourse

finishing before intercourse

Testing:

All STI/STD and infection tests are negative and recent.

This is really affecting my confidence and quality of life. Intercourse is never pleasurable for me despite trying everything. I want to see a doctor, but women’s health is often dismissed where I live, so I wanted to ask about others’ experiences first.

If anyone has advice, similar experiences I’d really appreciate it.
