I forgot to get my tax refund money at the airport bank. What can I do?

I had my tax-free documents validated at the airport, and they told me I could collect my payment from the bank there, but I forgot to do so. What can I do now?

Is there an expiry date to claim this payment?
Can I send a friend to collect it on my behalf?
Can I claim it online?
Or can I claim it when I return to Georgia in 2–3 months?
