Sorry if this sounds like an obvious question

Is this game mostly redoing the same 8 dungeons again and again? I've completed Cithrel's Fall on Contender with three characters but I haven't got the ilvl to enter Adept yet. I'm wondering if Adept, Champion, Paragon, and Eternal are going to be similar. No snark intended.
