[Switch][2015-2020s] Nintendo switch horror game

It was a semi-poorly made game with a briefcased (audio/video??) tape which would make the listener/watcher's head split into a flower-like shape which was displayed about three times in the game on screen. The only one I remember was one where the camera view was through a woman's door crack where she was sitting in front of a tv/radio with her back turned to the camera before her head split into said flower shape. The game had a half cutscene-half gameplay driving segment where a semi-transparent woman's head would fade into screen slowly before the segment ends, I don't remember any other parts of the game but I do know these were crucial.
