Specifically judging J.F.K presidency as if he didn’t get assassinated. Where would he stand ranking wise?

If you judge him solely on him being president, strictly based on policy, where would you rank him? I’ve talked to far too many people who look positively on him, but only really know him for his speeches, and/or his assassination. I’m just curious where you all stand?
