Pump advice

Hi everyone, I’ve been looking into pumps lately and for those with experience, how do you go about getting a pump and having insurance pay for it?

I have secondary lymphedema in my right arm from DMX & radiation.

If it helps, I’m in NC. I’m not sure if it’s a place I’m supposed to go to or is it online? I don’t think I’d have any issues with getting my surgeon writing me a prescription for it, she’s been handling all of my compression prescriptions.
