For anyone who vote yea to the deal, you are giving up your paid for something basic.
The government has the audacity to trade our pay for such a basic thing. UK grad prioritisation should have been done ages ago, let alone during such a dreadful employment crisis. Even during parliament debate, som MPs were shocked this was not already done at the begining.
Imagine employer is trading workers pay for toilet right. The government does not respect you, they do not care about you. Think about the hidden message here, should you ask for more pay, they are going to replace you with foreigners. I mean wtf
So whats next? Let us keep having a pay cut so that we will have hot food during our shifts? Getting paid on time each month? Make sure our pay is accurate? Allow us to attend important life events without acting like a little boy who is asking for a christmas tree? Because guess what, yes we dont even have such a basic thing.
I vote no not just because of pay, but at least i have some self respect.
