Looking for a Co-Founder (Operations/Marketing) for a Veterinary Clinic Management

Hi everyone, I’m Carlo, a full-stack developer and founder of VetOps, a veterinary clinic management system built for small to medium veterinary clinics in the Philippines.

Right now, VetOps is already functional with the core modules in place:

What’s already built:

• Client & patient records
• Appointments & scheduling
• Grooming and Pet Hotel Appointment
• Medical history & vitals tracking
• Digital vaccine card (public-facing, unlockable with DOB)
• Billing & invoicing
• Products & services catalog
• Inventory (basic)
• SMS notifications (via TxtFlow integration)
• Clean UI, cloud-based, mobile-friendly

VetOps is live and currently in the outreach phase. I’m now ready to take it to the next level. The vision is to make VetOps the simplest, most intuitive clinic management system in the PH — no learning curve, and affordable for small practices.

What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a co-founder who can help me grow this into a scalable business. Any of these backgrounds would be a strong fit:

1. Operations / Business Development

• Experience dealing with SMEs or health/vet industry
• Comfortable with outreach, sales, onboarding clinics
• Can help create processes, pricing, and customer success playbooks

2. Marketing / Growth

• Can build a marketing engine (content, social media, ads, email automation)
• Messaging, positioning, and branding experience is a huge plus
• Comfortable experimenting with growth strategies
