Best way to wire 16 cables into one plug?

I'm installing 16 LED letters which have individual 2-core wires (12v) and I need them to go into one plug. Normally I'd just use wagos, but this wiring will be visible and it needs to look neat and tidy and be easily unplugged so the letters can be removed regularly. Ideally I'd like to wire a jack plug onto each and have them plug into some sort of junction, is this possible? Any other suggestions to do this?
