Info about 94C / Akrama-Sakrama rules

Does anyone have any info about this?

So our VA said that our landholding should be within 5 acres to be eligible to apply under 94C, which we already satisfy, but there is a twist in the calculation

For example KADIM PATTA land(varga ) would be considered double, like if you have 1.5 acres of kadim patta land, it would be considered as 3 acres for this 5 acre calculation purpose .

I searched a lot and couldn't find any info about this double calculation thing.

he also said that because of this we would be eligible only for 25 cents out of 70 cents under 94C.

Any experienced people here?
