My Naive Proposal for Settlement

All parties deliver proposals in secret to the magistrate

Magistrate produces a settlement agreement in 2 weeks

Parties have 2 weeks to accept or reject the settlement. Acceptance or rejection by any party is confidential

If accepted by both parties

Both Wayfarer and Lively parties disassociate themselves from any PR company for a period of one year. Current PR agents are dismissed with severance of one year.

No mention of the other party in the press should be instigated. Any offender is to be fined a million dollars for contempt, to be doubled for each successive offense. After the fourth violation of one side the settlement is rendered null and void and can serve as evidence in an upcoming trial.

All sealed evidence that does not contain personal information should be unsealed.

All legal proceedings should be suspended for one year and nor further motions permitted. At the end of the year all motions and complaints are dismissed.

All parties pay their legal fees.

The settle agreement should be divulged public.

No implicit(awards declaring your are defending women) or explicit mentions should be allowed by any of the parties.
