Why does everyone say they will answer me soon on snap when they get a text from me but then proceed to leave me on read for hours?

EVERYONE i have met does this, i feel like this is a major issue. People say they will answer you and then leave you on read for hours. LIKE IT TAKES TWO SECONDS OF YOUR TIME TO FUCKING RESPOND AND YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THAT?!?!

I am so sick and tired of EVERYONE DOING THIS. I FUCKING HATE EVERYONE BECAUSE EVERYONE DOES THIS SHIT.
