Extremely itchy scalp from midodrine, does anything helps?

And I really mean extremely itchy, I could scratch myself bloody. There are no external signs of damage to my scalp so no cream or product seem to help. I’m severe with ME/CFS and my OI is not well controlled but midodrine 7.5 mg helps. Except I’ll have to stop if I can’t resolve this side effect. Thank you for your time
