How long is it best to be dye free to get your hair professionally colored?

I had planned not to dye my hair for an entire year to get it done for my wedding I'm planning on going either strawberry blonde or light caramel brown. I only use arctic fox and I don't bleach my hair the last time I bleached it was like 2 years ago. I'm getting the itch to dye my hair again but idk if it'll cause a lot more color correction. I already know my hair is gonna bleach pink because it always does but would it matter if I went orange now? My wedding is in October and I'll probably get my hair done sometime in August or September
