Grooming Policy Question

i remember reading a policy saying that if a dog stays past the groomer/bathers hours in the salon then a manager is responsible for it. my manager just forced one of my coworkers to stay almost an hour after their shift because their dog didn’t pick up but i can’t seem to find the policy anywhere.

does anyone know about this or know where i can find it?
