How do I financially take care of ageing parents

I wanted to ask how other HNW ladies are planning for or budgeting to take care of aging parents.

For context, my immigrant parents were employed but both lost their jobs and just have not been able to pick up a job in their respective fields. They have since developed health issues and the prospect of them working again is seeming dimmer and dimmer.

I try to help them out with cash here and there, but I want to set up something more longstanding. Have any of you experienced this?

Did you create a trust and have money deployed to them or perhaps buy them a home so they don’t have to worry about housing? Or is it better to buy them a small business that they can operate? I’m dealing with the fact that they struggle to take ‘charity’ from their daughter so I want to do it in a gentle and respectful way.
