NSFW option not showing

I've been loving this game so much, and I just got the Beyond the Bet DLC and Adult patch, but for some reason the options for NSFW aren't showing up? I got both from Steam.

I live in the US, and I checked my Steam settings to make sure they allow NSFW content. Even in the game, when I click "DLC", it says I have it installed. I know the game asks you if you want to enable the NSFW scenes but does it do this later in the story when the scenes show up or automatically after finishing Day 6?

Thank you!
