Give me a thumbnail, I will make it more clickable for free

Hey folks, I've been hanging out in this for a while now and I see some common thumbnail mistakes and patterns. So here I'm going to be doing a rapid-fire improvement/discussion on your thumbnails, for all to see!

For the next 24hrs I will be reviewing and giving you more clickable versions of any thumbnail shared below.

Please make sure your thumbnail image is a good resolution (not a screenshot), has only the thumbnail in it, and please share a video title along with it for context.

Who wants to go first?

Mods, I will be commenting here with feedback, a rating out of 10, and an improved thumbnail (made with a tool I'm working on). Please let me know if this violates any rules in your view.
