Role overview:

• Prepare and manage invoice run
• Prepare and manage consultant Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) payments
• Prepare bank upload for supplier payment run
• Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Assist with resolving queries and issues from contractors or suppliers
• Timely bank and credit card transactions allocation and reconciliation
• Assist with month-end and End of Financial Year (EOFY) closing, including the preparation of general journals

Key skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Certificate in Accounting/ Bookkeeping
• Experience using SAP By Design and SAP Concur
• Advanced skills and experience in using Microsoft Excel (e.g Vlookup, Xlookup, Macro etc), SAP by Design, SAP Concur and other accounting software
