people telling you to move out the second you vent about difficult family situations.

Got home tired, dad ate your leftovers, again. so you vent it to a friend, or make a post, whatever. and get met with:

“why dont you just move out?”

sure. my dad is annoying and keeps taking my labelled food but hes also old and i cant afford a nursing home. this is a problem big enough to vent about, not immediately move the fuck out of the house and leave a frail 70 year old alone.

yes i did choose to take care of my dad and whatever annoyance falls upon me. i get that. but am i supposed to have zero sympathy and remorse and leave someone in need because they cause a minor issue?
