Did anyone hear of the new gigakick gym?

Is there enough demand in the Bay Area for serious MMA / kickboxing gyms (not just cardio classes)?

I keep hearing about more fighter-led gyms opening lately. Recently someone mentioned GIGAKICK Martial Arts Academy, expected to open in Costa Mesa in 2026.

Curious how people here choose a gym, coaching background, programs for kids, or competition focus?
