As someone from the EU who is not interested in Vtubers, GamerSupps keeps pushing me away as a customer.
I used to love GamerSupps and make an order like once every other month for some tubs and a cup, maybe a shirt. I loved the simple and "generic" GamerSupps-original Waifu Cups designs they released as their "season" collections because they were actual original designs that were super nice but also not so extremely revealing that you couldn't take the cup out to public or wear the shirts outside. It was just genuinely nice, simple anime art.
Over the last year or so I haven't made a single order because almost all of their recent cups are creator cups that I just have no interest in, and the art is also almost always purely boobs or ass focused rather than making sure it's a nice looking design. Of course the entire point is it being waifu-first, but there has been such a clear shift in how they design their cups. Besides the focus on "goon material" the art is now is also always a lot more detailed than the more simplistic anime art that the cups and shirts used to have, and it just doesn't have the same appeal.
Add to that that whenever I DID finally feel like ordering again this year, for example in the free cup per tub offer a few weeks back or the current Christmas sale, GamerSupps just shits all over us EU customers by disabling the free shipping codes and not offering anything on the actual EU store. I'm sorry but the EU store has like 6 flavors (none of which are the ones I want) and only 2 are even in stock, and ordering from the regular store has a whole 65% of the price added on top as shipping. I was going to make a big Christmas order for €300 during the sale only to be told that the free shipping codes are disabled and I'd have to pay €195 in shipping.
I don't think it comes as a surprise then that I did not in fact order anything. And as things are looking right now, I won't be ordering anything anytime soon. This company has entirely lost what I used to love about it, and I see no reason to think that might change. It's a shame really, because I love the flavors and my favorite shirts are all from GamerSupps. But unless they go back to actually making interesting designs that I can get here in Europe without having to sacrifice my life savings I don't see a way to stick around as a customer.
Sorry for the rant, but I had to get this off my chest somewhere. Happy Holidays, friends.
