Utilize boots with Grandfather legendary power on other builds?

I have a double GA March of the Stalwart Soul with the Grandfather's Legendary power on it. I use it for my auradin.

Given the benefits of movement speed and CDR, should I use these boots for my other Paladin builds like Wing Strike or Judgement?
