[TOMT] Short Film 2010s foster home/found family house(?) for teens with superpowers

I remember watching this short film on youtube a while back, must have been between 2013-2019, and it was about a family of misfit teenagers who all had super powers, some of them were pretty weird like giving people wacky nails or hair-do's. I can't really remember if all the kids were related or adopted or what. I think the beginning of the film was this girl waiting in line for a new pair of shoes, but they run out of her size, but she sees a girl with the pair she wanted and using her powers, swaps their shoes. The main plot is its the night of a school dance and they are all getting ready for it, they go to the dance, a two queer girls go dance in a separate classroom, meanwhile the magic shoe girl dances but see's someone get picked on and theres a big conflict and someone's powers get "found out"

Shoe girl was played by a black actress I think, i think some of her siblings/roommates were white, but it's all a blur lol. I hope thats enough information. If anyone can find this I'll be pretty happy. Thanks!
