Does border control save the information on ur phone during inspection?

ok so my phone was a mess from crimes like assaulting people to doing drugs to my nudes to everything my phone was crazy

they did go thru my phone and let me go.....i gave my password up so i think they did a manual review but im scared they mightve saved some info.....they did question me on some of the content tho but they said u arent in trouble and let me go

and yes im an american citizen

so do they save the information or not? cuz i really hope my nudes arent in some database somewhere forever
