Small New Year’s Eve events Sacramento

Hey guys, does anybody know of any good bars who are doing a small New Year’s Eve thing, that does not have a super expensive cover charge, and serves food please let me. I don’t wanna be home but also don’t want to spend an arm and aleg to drink and have a good time.
