Is leaving the exam with confidence a worrying sign?

I took AUD on 12/22. MCQs felt suspiciously easy and straight forward. I was surprised by them. I felt I handled the SIMs alright despite some weird topics that I wasn’t prepare for. My SE and SEFR scores were all in the mid-to-high 70s.

I keep reading that feeling confident is a bad sign for this exam. For those who felt good leaving the testing center, what was your actual result? I am trying to manage my expectations for score release day.
