Anyone in Merriam lose water pressure in the last hour or so?

Water company has been tearing up my neighborhood for the last couple months and my water pressure is almost zero in the whole house. Anyone else? Assuming it has something to do with all the exposed pipes in the neighborhood and I assume something burst with this cold snap?
