Clash Royal balance change idea

so its just a random idea but i think a good balance change for clash royal would be to take the average level of all your cards in your deck for ex if you had only lvl 14 cards your average would be 14 and the game can ONLY pair you with players that have +- 1 level from your rounded average level along with just making it so you can only play against people with the same king level as you. i think this idea would solve alot of the problems of going against p2w players time and time again and just generally make the game more fun. but again this is just an idea tell me if you think its a good idea or bad
