How to reduce expenditures and increase savings? Btw I am staying in Bengaluru.

It's been three years I have started earning and haven't saved even 10% of my total earnings till now. My minimum expenditures like rent, travel and food would be 25k per month. What should I do to not increase this to 45-50k per month.
